Parma, January 18 th 2012 – Further to the hearing of 28th December 2011, held contradictorily between the two parties, the Court of Milan confirmed today the interim injunction declared last 3rd December 2011, that judged Plasmon’s comparative advertising
illegal towards Barilla, as it compared non homogeneous products amongst themselves, as well as defamatory and deceptive.
The injunction in any case is reclaimable.
Barilla expresses its satisfaction for this decree which confirms the honesty with which it operates and re-establishes the truth of the facts.
